Ever wanted to ride a horse but just a little uneasy or uncomfortable and not sure what to do once you got on the horse?  Well, at The Hitchin Post we want to take the fear out of riding a horse!  Whether you've ridden before and just need to brush up on your skills or you've never even been around a horse we can show you the in's and out's of riding.  Our riding lessons include a session on basic ground-level care of the horse...everything from cleaning a stall to grooming to saddling to finally being ready to hit the trails!  Children must be at least five years old to begin lessons.  A discount is given for a prepay of five or more lessons.  Call to reserve lesson time.  Lesson fees are $25 per hour and each lesson is about an hour.  We recommend at least one lesson per week.  Discount available for prepay of 5 or more lessons.  Children must be at least 5 years old for lessons.  Call now to reserve your lesson time.
